Industrial Fiber Optics offers, for educational use, laser pointers that produce either green or red light. The pointers are CDRH-compliant and bear all required regulatory labels. Our product line is unique because we offer the CDRH Class II rated devices which are not available from others. (Class II lasers have a maximum peak power of 1 milliwatt [mW] in the visible range — the highest class rating that many school systems permit.)

The IF 564 is the best and brightest red light laser pointer in our product line. It produces a very bright beam of light and its 635 nm emission is a near match to the long used helium-neon 632.8 nm emission laser. Featuring an adjustable lens, the laser beam can be focused to a fine spot for detail or "opened" to show a broader view for any type pf optical experiment or presentation. A great product for educational use, or for presenting to customers as a gift.
