Overview
Industrial Fiber Optics manufactures standard product lines of fiber optic patchcords with plastic optical fiber (POF) and Versatile Link (Versalink) terminations. These products provide ready-made solutions for quick installations in commercial or industrial networking/communications applications using Avago Versalink fiber optic transmitters and receivers. Our premier quality patchcords are available in simplex and duplex cable with latching and non-latching connectors, heavy duty or UL-rated cable construction, and in many standard lengths.
This patchcord line utilizing the high quality Eska® Premier GHTT4002 fiber cable which is dual-jacket fiber cable with a polyethylene inner jacket, layer of glass reinforcement fibers and an outer layer of PVC. This fiber cable provides additional strength and resistance to the elements that the standard Versalink patchcords do not provide. Patchcord terminations are authentic Avago Versalink connectors. These cables either meet or exceed the technical specifications of patchchords made by Avago or other contract manufactures.
- Simplex, duplex, latching and non-latching connector options
- Heavy duty fiber cable with dual jacket construction
- Crimped and epoxied connector terminations for maximum retention strength
- 1 µm polish terminations ensure high optical coupling efficiency
- Assembly processes exceed Avago recommended procedures
